1. Same-Day Void (BSP Void)
Tickets may be voided on the same calendar day of issuance (before midnight) through our platform, subject to airline void policy. Certain LCCs (IndiGo, Akasa, SpiceJet) do not allow BSP void — cancellation charges apply.
2. Post-Void Cancellation
- Cancellation charges as per booked fare rules (ATPCO Cat 31/33) apply.
- Fully flexible fares: no cancellation charge.
- Restrictive fares: ₹500–₹5,000 per passenger depending on carrier and route.
- Non-refundable fares: no refund on cancellation.
3. Date Change
- Date change charges as per fare rules.
- Fare difference between original and new fare applies.
- Submit date change requests at least 24 hours before departure.
4. DGCA Protection (Domestic)
For domestic flights, DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements apply. In case of flight cancellation by the airline with less than 2 weeks notice, you are entitled to a full refund or alternate flight at no extra cost.
