Fare Rules Notice

All fares displayed on FlyByTheWay are subject to ATPCO (Airline Tariff Publishing Company) fare rules including but not limited to:

• Category 5 (Advance Purchase): Tickets must be purchased within the time limit specified in the fare. Failure to ticket within TTL may result in fare cancellation.
• Category 6 (Minimum Stay): Some fares require a minimum stay at the destination.
• Category 7 (Maximum Stay): Return must occur within the maximum stay period.
• Category 15 (Sales Restrictions): Some fares are restricted by point of sale (India-only, etc.).
• Category 31/33 (Voluntary Changes/Refunds): Governs rebooking and refund conditions.

Fare rules are displayed during booking. By completing a booking, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable fare rules.

EMS Surcharges

Excess Mileage Surcharge (EMS) may apply on indirect routings where the routing mileage exceeds the Maximum Permitted Mileage (MPM). Beast Engine checks for EMS risk on all bookings.

GST on Fares

GST at 5% applies on the base fare for air travel. Service charges attract 18% GST. TCS at 2% applies from April 2026 on international bookings. SAC code 996411 applies for air transport services.
